Hello there; this amazing album is impossible to get anywhere (except by paying Euros 100+, and I don't have this kind of money, alas). Can't find any other blog or website proposing an upload. But I'm arriving too late, as yours is not available any longer. Would you mind making the file available for some days so that I can pick it up ? Sometimes the file gets corrupted when uploaded to Sendspace or whatever host I'm using. I'll upload a new file soon.
