This is the album that my parents had playing every Christmas since it's release in '67. What memories.
recently, I've been ona quest for not only the whole "Great Songs" collection but a clean copy of this album. I've finally found it. Thanks for preserving my childhood, so to speak.

NO WAY! I'm trying to re-create a compilation cassette my dad made way back in 1974 from all his Christmas albums. The version of the Night Before Christmas had eluded me. I'm one (or two) steps closer to getting this thing done, thanks to you. Thanks so much!

Here it is, THE GREAT SONGS OF CHRISTMAS ALBUM SEVEN, uploaded to Mediafire. It's a WINRAR/WINZIP file, all MP3s are at 320 kbps and fully tagged with the cover:

The full size of the album comes out to 94.35 MB and it was played back on a Technics Direct Drive SL-1800 professional DJ turntable with a Shure MX97e audiophile cartridge. It was recorded to audio CD-RW in a stand-alone CD recorder and then loaded onto my computer and into Adobe Audition where it was processed for click/pop removal, noise reduction, enhancement of the dynamic range and equalization. I burned the CD-R as .WAV CD Audio files at the full maximum 1411 kbps. I converted them to 320 kbps MP3s for ease of upload/download. You should be satisifed with the sound quality! Let me know your thoughts!
